Caramel Apple Wassail


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 gallon (16 cups) apple juice
  • 1 liter (4 1/2 cups) Sprite
  • ½ of a 12 oz can of frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 pinches nutmeg
  • pinch of ginger
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for at least 4 hours or can cook all day.
  3. Remove cinnamon sticks and cloves. Stir well and serve. Makes 20 servings.
