Name: Big Mac Hot Dogs
Ingredients: 1/2 cup light mayonnaise; 2 Tbsp dill relish; 1 Tbsp ketchup; 1 tsp mustard; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1 tsp white vinegar; 8 all beef hot dogs; 8 hot dog buns, toasted; 2 cups shredded lettuce; 8 slices American cheese, sliced in half; 1 cup dill pickle slices

For the sauce:

1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp dill relish
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp white vinegar

For the hot dogs:

8 all beef hot dogs
8 hot dog buns, toasted
2 cups shredded lettuce
8 slices American cheese, sliced in half
1 cup dill pickle slices

Instructions

In a bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and white vinegar to make the sauce. Set aside.
Cook hot dogs as desired. I cooked mine on the grill.
To make the hot dogs, place some of the shredded lettuce on a toasted bun. Top with 2 of the halves of cheese followed but the cooked hot dog. Place a few pickle slices on each side of the hot dog and drizzle with some of the sauce. Makes 8 servings.
