Big Mac Hot Dogs

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp dill relish
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp white vinegar

For the hot dogs:

  • 8 all beef hot dogs
  • 8 hot dog buns, toasted
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 8 slices American cheese, sliced in half
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and white vinegar to make the sauce. Set aside.
  2. Cook hot dogs as desired. I cooked mine on the grill.
  3. To make the hot dogs, place some of the shredded lettuce on a toasted bun. Top with 2 of the halves of cheese followed but the cooked hot dog. Place a few pickle slices on each side of the hot dog and drizzle with some of the sauce. Makes 8 servings.
