- 2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup half & half
- Pour cream into mixing bowl. Whisk in sugar a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 more minute. Pour in half and half and whisk to blend.
- Pour in to ice cream maker and freezer according to manufactures directions. Makes 1 qt. Since it is a base, you can add whatever you want to mix in with it.
