  • shredded coconut


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place your coconut on a baking sheet of dish. Place in the oven for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and stir coconut around. Place back in oven for 2 minutes and you coconut should be ready. If not let it a cook a little bit longer, but be careful you can end up with burnt coconut really quickly.
