- 3–4 russet potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 2–3 Tbsp olive oil
- cooking spray
- Peel and cut the potatoes into 1 inch pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the salt, garlic power, onion powder, and paprika.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes the the olive oil. Then toss the potatoes with the seasoning mix until evenly coated.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking at least once at the halfway mark.
- Serve immediately when done. Serves 4.
