Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 34 russet potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 23 Tbsp olive oil
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into 1 inch pieces.
  2. In a bowl, toss the salt, garlic power, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. In a large bowl, toss potatoes the the olive oil. Then toss the potatoes with the seasoning mix until evenly coated.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and add in the potatoes.
  5. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking at least once at the halfway mark.
  6. Serve immediately when done. Serves 4.
