- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp bbq seasoning (I used McCormick’s Grill Mates sweet and smoky rub)
- Cover both sides of each chicken breast with bbq seasoning. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes. This gives the chicken time to marinade with the seasoning.
- Place chicken breast (not overlapping) in the air fryer and then spray with cooking spray. Cook at 400 degrees for 10-14 minutes, flipping over half way through cooking. Just make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Allow to rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Serves 4.
