1 (15 oz) container Cream of Coconut (found in the speciality drink section)
1/3 cup lime juice
3/4 cup water
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the above ingredients until well blended.
Freeze according to ice cream maker’s manufacturers instructions. Eat straight from the ice cream maker or freeze for a firmer consistency. Serves 4-6.
